🤝  What can I help with

Managing a design team

Over the past year, I’ve led the design team on Sky Italia’s most important project. I managed up to 15 designers specialised in user research, UX, UI, content, and accessibility.

Watching the team grow, as individuals and as a team and learning how to collaborate efficiently with business and tech stakeholders, stands out as one of the most meaningful parts of my career so far.

Previously, I’ve contributed to the growth of the design team in Intesa Sanpaolo, defining its mission, goals and KPIs, proposing training and team-building activities, enabling it to grow from 4 to 20 designers.

I’ve done the same in all the team I’ve worked with, in McVector and Fifth Beat.

Digital product managing

In recent months, Product Management is the area where I’m growing and learning the most.

I feel I can bring real value, finding the balance between users needs and business sustainability.

I love structuring the earlier stage a project, turning uncertainty into direction and clarity.

At Fifth Beat I always set with clients their goals and expectations, I define the design roadmap and the project scope.

I push design team working with priorities, mainly in an agile environment.

Storytelling

I truly believe in the power of storytelling and I bring it into every project I work on — whether it’s a business presentation, copywriting for a digital product, even if it’s just a retrospective:

I know it’s a bit far from product design, but I also love telling stories through branding — following the process from concept to final delivery, across both digital and physical communication materials.

Designing digital products

I’m working to make my “T-Shape looks like a rectangle” because I prefer to collaborate across disciplines than to have just one vertical skill.

I think my core skills is to speak the language of design, tech, and business.

I spent 6 years designing tools and services for Italy’s leading bank.

Over the past 2 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a variety of industries — including fashion, news, entertainment, lifestyle, and large-scale retail.

Building design systems in complex organisations

I’ve worked on defining design systems within complex corporate environments — including projects at Intesa Sanpaolo, Unicoop Firenze, and Sky Italia.

Over time, I’ve understood that working on governance and processes is what truly makes a design system adoptable and sustainable.

🫶  The way I love to work

System-centered mindset

I always try to balance user needs with business sustainability and technical feasibility.

I truly believe that to create real value, designers need to consider the whole ecosystem: business goals, technical constraints and organisational processes.

I’ve done this at Luxottica and Sky Italia, helping the design team earn credibility and influence with both business and tech stakeholders.

But I also try to bring design methods into projects that go beyond digital products:
